A small and convivial branch, established in 1997
The St James’s Branch is one of three London-based branches of the IWFS. Established in 1997, we are a close-knit branch, and the atmosphere at our events is very convivial, reminiscent of a private party.
We usually hold 6 gourmet lunches or dinners per year and take great care in matching the wine with the food. In this connection, we give preference to venues which allow us to bring our own wines. From time to time, we also organise trips abroad in small numbers to wine regions and areas of gastronomic interest
Membership is by invitation only and new members are usually introduced by existing members.
