About the event

The menu will be creations of chef Adam Thomason, whose culinary roots include world-renowned 3*Michelin restaurant Noma (yes, that one in Copenhagen) and 2* Michelin restaurant Sat Bains. The food will be prepared and served supper club style with an open kitchen. The evening will be hosted by his creative partner – performing artist Eileih Muir.


As an added dimension, the menu is crafted around the delicate complexities of thoughtfully selected premium saké, in a myriad of styles. The bottles will be presented by purveyor Sake Collective. Whether sparkling, clear, unpasteurized, or aged, the drink is sure to have you discovering its versatility to be paired with contemporary international food.


Expect exquisite and mind-bending gastronomic flavours, much lively conversation, a few sensory surprises, and a deep, long lasting connection with the evening.
