Fine Clarets Tasting Dinner

Join us for a wine tasting dinner featuring fine clarets from the cellar of our member David Wakefield. Following a reception with a glass of champagne, we will be treated to a three course meal, with an appropriate wine for the first course and three fine clarets with the main course.

The 3 fine clarets are: Baron Philippe de Rothschild Chateau d’Armailhac Pauillac 2008Cinquieme Grand Cru Classe in 1855
Chateau Beau-Sejour Becot Grand Cru St Emilion 2011Premier Grand Cru Classé B 1996
Chateau Gloria St Julien 2011Unclassified but the vineyard was established piece by piece over many years from plots coming only from Classified Growths of 1855.
